$1,000,000 or $100,000*

From just the title, it seems easy right? But here are the details. Would you rather... have $1,000,000 given to you this instant, but you have to spend it ALL in 3 days (any money that isn't concretely SPENT on something is taken away), or would you rather have $100,000 put into an account gathering an average amount of interest and you couldn't touch it for 10 years?

Easy 1,000,000 now because I don't know if I will be alive in 10 years. I would give 10% to tithe, pay off my house, Buy a huge farm from my husband and children and all the animals for the farm and equipment. Get completely out of dept. Buy an awesome 4x4 for my husband and a 4x4 for me. Fix my house I have to be rented for income.

If you think about it $1,000,000 doesn't go far today really.

You didn't say how or what we can spend it on.

You can spend it on anything you want! Just make sure it's all spent before the 3 days are up or else you lose the remainder.

I would spend it on all my brothers and sister getting all of us out of debt.

I think I would take the 1,000,000.  Assuming a 7% annual interest rate, after 10 years the 100,000 would only be worth 196,715.14.  That's really not that much when trying to create a secure future.  So I'm with you on spending the 1,000,000 on something like gold and then selling it.

I'm not one to be too impatient, so I think I'd take the $100,000 plus interest in ten years.  :)  Though, I would not turn down $1,000,000 if you offered it.  Are you offering?????  JK!  hehe

1,000,000 i can wait 10 years, i rather buy a super computer to run crysis on high without lagging and some awesome drawing tablets....duh XD
