@ Matt - - good idea about the back-up account for WELKOMM postings.  I've gotten locked out 10-12 times in the last 6 months, but thankfully the folks at NING are getting faster at responding with the unlock.  I've learned to rotate the two accounts and not to post more than about 20 at a time and that helps a bit.
