Hey!! Long time no see, I don’t think anyone is active on the Kommunity anymore, but I wanted to take the time to make this post!!

Last month marked 10 whole years since I first made my mythical beast, and around the time I first joined the RhettandLinKommunity! 

.HAPPY FREAKING BIRTHDAY TO SPARKY THE DRAGLEWOLF!! 🐺🦇🥳🎉🎊🎁

On February 19th, 2014, I created a ‘Mythical Beast’ character for the RhettandLinKommunity (their fans are known as “mythical beasts” so, everyone back in the day had a little alias name of what their mythical animal was. I was known as “Emo Link” I knew I wanted to make a simple green wolf with purple dragon wings (edgy, am I rite? I was heading into middle school at the time xD)
The name Sparky came from someone who kept giving me the nickname in the chat “Sparky” and then it just grew on me, and I decided to name my mythical Creature Sparky.
Emo Link and Sparky were both my aliases on the chat and I made some fond memories and my first online friends there,
Later on, I met a great friend of mine when we were both on our first week of middle school and we instantly bonded by showing eachother our OCs, he later introduced me to the furry fandom and his fursuit he made at the time, and showed me fursuit dances and I was instantly hooked, I later Remade Sparky to be the Sparky that everyone knows today (dark green, grumpy, always chain smoking) instead of being the bubbly cute emo rainbow tipped hair wolf, since they were both so different but still looked the same, I decided to keep the 2 separate characters, the first version of Sparky was later renamed to “MB Sparky” or “MB” for short; standing for Mythical Beast, while the 2nd and current version, is just plain Sparky.
I’ve drawn thousands upon thousands of Sketches of this character, and lead to many more characters being thought up, including bringing in another sibling, named Jealousy!
If it wasn’t for Sparky (and meeting @cutt.guttz almost 9 or so years ago) I definitely wouldn’t be in this fandom or where I am today with my art, I owe it all to this green little draglewolf🐺 what a decade it’s been, happy 10th birthday Sparky!
