Haha, thanks! I'll take that!! :) You set the bar pretty high with your video. It was fun seeing how everybody did theirs. There were some elements that I could've added to make it more fun but I was focused on accuracy.
I had also recorded another video of this in a higher octave. I ultimately decided to go with this one but I'm tempted to post that version as well...just for kicks. It's definitely...interesting sounding. I really wish I hadn't been sick. Finally getting my voice back in shape! Yay!!
Oh and even though I'm a singer I'm not a very good supernoter. I will definitely post one for the mythical beast team but it won't be winning any awards. But that trophy would be AWESOME to have. I'll settle for my mythical beast patch for 'winning' this challenge. :)
Thanks everybody!! :D My video was featured today so that is pretty dern awesome! This was actually my first youtube video so I'm pretty proud of it.
Link, I'm so excited that you commented on my video. I'm a Vocal Performance major at Oakland University in Michigan. I had to take a class on diction for a year. So I wrote the lyrics out using the International Phonetics Alphabet (IPA), then wrote that out backwards (made a couple adjustments) and treated it like a foreign language. :)
