This is sooooo wrong!!!!!! The excerise that him does first is a variant of the chin-up, and is by the way easier thatn a chin up and a pull up. then he does pull ups not chin ups. I don't think he did even 1 pull up. So he loses.
just throwing this out there the first type he did were definatley pull-ups just way easier because it uses a different muscle group. when he switched to chin-ups he got a second wind cus he wasnt using the outside of his bicep anymore he was using the inside( like if you flex and you turn your wrist you can see how it changes shape
