Please check out the general "RULES OF ENGAGEMENT" (which are really just helpful suggestions) and ask if you have any questions. If you are stumped for a Welkomm Banner idea, you can grab one from the Welkomm Banner Registry that was created long ago by one of the inactive members until you design your own.
