Hey there Rhett and link my name is Alan Cordova, and I'm a big fan of what you guys do!!.. I tell everybody about it and never miss the show. Trust me,my wife and I enjoy it, and when our kids are not being to cool for us , lol they love to watch it as well. So we're putting on this event and I figured that you might be interested, and I would love to have you guys participate In some way shape or form and here is a letter with info about it. I think you guys would be great for this event...

Sons of Perdition Burlesque and the Duke City Coalition of Facial Fur will be putting on New Mexicos first competitive bearding event on July 12th at the Launchpad. We are currently looking for local businesses to build relationships with and sponsor our show to help us create something great!
We are currently looking for donations to our event to either use as prizes or to help fund the show itself. A donation of goods or services will get your business a kind mention on our facebook, and visibility at the show itself. A cash donation get you the same as stated above, in addition to plugs by the MC as well as the possibility of being included on our promotional material.

The Duke City "Beard Bash" @ The Launchpad July 12th 2013 ONLY $10!!

Are you a fan of unusual facial hair, music and a whole lot of fun?! Then the Beard Bash is where you want to be on July 12th 2013.

Held at The Launchpad in downtown Albuquerque (one of my favorite venues in town, personally...), the Beard Bash is to benefit Sons of Perdition getting to San Francisco. Brought by the The Duke City Coalition Facial of Fur!!
There will be music, contests, prizes, and a ton of silly fun.

There are several categories in which you can compete, including those for both beard and mustache:

MUSTACHE
EPIC CHOPS
PARTIAL BEARD
BEARDED LADIES
ARTIFICIAL BEARDS (Make a bad-ass beard out of non traditional materials)
FULL BEARD
FINE LINE

There is a $10 fee to compete, but that gets you in the door and drink tickets as well! You MUST sign up ahead of time, so make sure you email the guys at the address below and get signed up!

Even if you aren't competing, you still need to go check out this event! Lots to do, lots to see, and lots of awesome people to meet and hang out with!
