The Start of Something New

I've wanted to try blogging for a long time now, so here goes! I guess this will be just like a journal? I have no idea and I doubt anyone will ever seet this anyway, so... I have chosen the hippocamp from Greek and Roman mythology as my mythical beast because a.) the hippocampus of the brain is named after it and I so love psychology! b.) Horses are my favorite animal and the hippocamp just so happens to be part horse :D c.) I love Greek and Roman mythology, and d.) the ocean and seamonsters scare the poop out of me so I thought a creature that has a combo of things I love and hate would be perfect.  I have also added an "-ah" to the end to match my name, Hannah, making my official mythical beast name, Hippocampah. This blog will reflect the things I learn throughout my college experience and engagement in the community.  I will address fears and problems that I come across as well as fun and exciting things that I encounter.  I have never been good at journaling so this will probably be no different, but I am going to give it a try! Here's to the start of a new mythical journey!
