Project C.H.I.B.I Chapter 3

It's been a few weeks since I left home in search for my father. C.H.I.B.I Rhett and Link were riding in my pocket. I stopped at a huge laboratory that I knew all to well. It was my uncle Chiro's lab. I got off my hoverboard and knocked on the door. The hatch on the door opened and two eyes looked at me.

"Who goes there?" a scruff voice said from the other side. "Uncle Shiro it is me Victoria your niece and daughter to your brother Cinos" I said. Then I heard the sound of several locks opening and the door opened. "Ah Victoria how delighted I am to see you what brings you to these parts?" uncle Shiro asked me.

"I am looking for dad he has gone missing" I said. Chiro stopped dead in his tracks. "Cinos...is missing you say?" he said. "Yeah in his journal he said something about "them finding him" and I don't know who he was talking about all I read was Gorgon Nebula" I said. Shiro turned around and looked me in the eye and grabbed my shoulders.

"What did you get for your birthday?" he asked me. I nodded. "Yeah dad built me a pair of small robots that looks like my favorite YouTube duo Rhett and Link why?" I asked. "Let me see them" he demanded. "Ok Rhett and Link you can come out of my pocket now" I said. Rhett and Link slowly floated from out of my pocket.

"Hi there sir we are Rhett and Link...well not the real Rhett and Link. We are just small robotic replicas of Rhett and Link created by Professor Cinos Amos for his daughter Victoria Amos as a birthday gift" Link said in his  sightly high pitched robotic voice. My uncle looked at them closely. "Absolutely amazing these robots are and look at the size of them they aren't bigger than two pieces of blackboard chalk" he said.

I smiled at the nice comment. "Say Rhett and Link did Cinos install some weapon upgrades?" Uncle Shiro asked them. I was so confused. I thought dad built them to just entertain me. Rhett and Link nodded. "Good now if you and Victoria just would follow me" Uncle Shiro said. We followed uncle Shiro to the east wing of his laboratory. There was a huge room that looked seemingly normal. "Welcome to my testing area where we will be testing your weapon upgrades" Uncle Shiro said motioning for me, Rhett and Link to get inside the room.

A hole opened in the far east wall and a laser gun thing came out of it. I heard C.H.I.B.I Link gasp as the laser gun charged it's laser ready to blast me to smithereens. "Activate weapon protocol 11005" Link said. Before I knew it Link had turned into a scythe before my eyes.  I grabbed the scythe deflected the laser with it. C.H.I.B. Rhett floated in front of me. "Activate weapon protocol 22006" he said. Suddenly Rhett was some sort of bazooka gun thing that blasted the laser thing with an almighty blast.

Uncle Shiro smiled at me as his droids started to repair the wall. He came inside the room. "My dear niece I have a lot to teach you he said. I wondered what it was.
