My High School Experience

So I've been Doing this High School thing for a while and there are some Things I'd like to clear up. For all you Younger beasts out there, this is for you. 

1) HIGH SCHOOL IS NOT ALL ROMANCE AND FUN. Both high school and college have this Predetermined image that this is the time where you find your true Love and you go to parties and Just hang out with your friends. This is the opposite of what it is actually like. True, you get Free time to do whatever it is you please, but most of that time is spent studying for your next class. High school courses are rigorous and Require focus. There is no Singing in the hallways.

2) YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING YOUR SENIOR YEAR. Sure, if you want to get Into a 3rd rate collage and end up being a college dropout. Senior year is the time to start Thinking about your future college career. What do you want to get a degree in? Start taking harder classes that Will prepare you for this Career. 

3) YOU HAVE TO LOOK BEAUTIFUL. Honey please. I see Girls coming to school in their Pajamas. No one's going To judge.

4) YOU MUST ATTEND PROM AND HOMECOMING. I didn't go to either of these Events. Yeah, it's fun to go but it's not a Requirement. Also, you don't have To have a boyfriend/girlfriend in order to go. If you really want to, go with a Group of friends. 

And last but not least...

5) LOCKERS ARE MEETING PLACES AND PROPS. I beg of you, use your locker. High School means more books and Paper weight. If you Have a break between Classes, utilize your locker and drop off some of the item you no longer need. And just a little high School lifehack: Have two backpacks. One for each half of the day. Makes things a lot easier to haul around.
