It's the end of Week 1 and Drop Bear is thus far VICTORIOUS!!!

For those of you that haven't read my previous blog, I am in the middle of committing 50 days to getting "FIT" mentally, spiritually, and physically. For more info and links look at the previous blog.

Here's how I did...

  • Completed the FIT Journal each day
  • Lost 1.4 Lbs
  • Read the book of Galatians (In the Bible)
  • Walked 1 mile (I just decided to start that yesterday)
  • Re-adjusted my sleep schedule to sleeping between 11pm and 7am (Previously 2am to 10am)

I just need to tithe tomorrow and I've met my goals for week 1.
