The band's name is YES and the guy that I suppose you think looks like Rhett is front center and he is keyboardist Tony Kaye who was a founding member in 1968 - - - the pic was taken sometime after guitarist Steve Howe (2nd from left) joined the band in 1970 and before Tony was "asked to leave the band" in Aug-1971., although he did return for extended touring with the group between 1982-94 .

He looks a lot less like Rhett in his later years:
