Bigger sizes for Mythical Shoe!?!?

I've been wanting a pair of mythical shoes ever since they came out, but there is one problem...

I wear a Men's 16 shoe!

And the listed sizes only go up to Men's 14.

This really stinks.

Does anyone know how I could get a larger size?

Would I have to special order it? If so, how would I do that?

Answers or solutions would be awesome!
