About Me. :)

This Kommunity seems so cool, though I really don't know what to do or what to join around here, so I guess I'll share a bit about myself.  Maybe there are other beastly creatures like me around.  :)

I'm in my early 30's (Is that weird? It seems like a lot of kids are around.) and just had my birthday.  I am an introvert and a bit of a geek.  I enjoy Star Trek, Douglass Adams, Terry Pratchett, MMOs (when I actually have time), Discovery Channel documentaries about the ocean and space, cheesy humor and Internet memes, reading, and drawing with pastel chalks, markers, or my computer.

Sometimes I draw actual things that are intended to be artistic, and sometimes I draw comics and write stories about them here http://beautifully--awkward.blogspot.com/ when I can.  It is just a little hobby though.  I haven't even shared it with people.

After years of putting it off, I finally bought my first season of Dr. Who.  They are so expensive!  But I got a cool shirt from a geek company (Loot Crate) called "Tardis Prime" where the Tardis transforms into Optimus Prime, and it just feels wrong to wear it until I've been properly exposed to both.

I don't follow a specific religion, but I do really enjoy Buddhism.
