Members who live in the USA are more likely to post under their home state thread on the Great American Road Trip group, but if they posted on both groups they will also be found on the international fan map.  Either way, I have at least included the name of the one person who started the GART state thread post in the map.

Since this information is already readily available on the two links provided, that makes your question here a duplicate, so I'm going to close this thread to any further comments and point anyone that wants to be included to the existing threads.
