Stolen Nilla Wafer Top Hats!! (Young Rhett and Link)

Oh no! What could be worse than realizing that it's Nilla Wafer Top Hat Time, but the top hats are no where to be found?? Nothing!
And who are the thieves? None other than Shannon and Candace! (I was inspired by their role as the thieving fudge ladies in "I'm on Vacation". )But hey, don't worry; they'll give the top hats back. Eventually. After demanding a high ransom. :)
It was fun designing Shannon and Candace as kids. They're supposed to look younger than Rhett and Link in this picture, but I'm not sure that came across. I also liked playing with all the bright, "Hey Hey!" colors in this picture.
Also, the perspective is way off... Who cares!
