Home-made or Store-bought?

Do you prefer waffles made from home-made batter? Or do you like to buy a mix from the store. If you prefer the mix, then what brand is best?

Home made is best ^.^ cant get the right ratio of fluff to crunch from a store mix or pre made frozen waffle but if you are in a jam an have to use a mix im saying my favorite mix has to be bisquick

I am normally an Eggo gal lol. But in general I like thiner waffles, not the thick Belgian waffles.
