If you are also a Whovian, look up Doctor Who on Memory Alpha, which details every time Star Trek has referenced Doctor Who and vice-versa, or try the comic series 'Assimilation 2', in which the Eleventh Doctor lands his TARDIS on the Enterprise D and they flashback to when the Fourth Doctor and the TOS crew team up. The antagonist is a Borg-Cybermen alliance.
fangirling so hard over this group! i never thought my trekkness and my mythical beastness would ever become one
@Lucas - I came to Star Trek with the "Next Generation", which was introduced to me by my dad, than went on to "Voyager", and when it came out, "Enterprise". "Deep Space Nine" is my favorite series, which I didn't know until a year or so back. I got the DVD's with it from my teacher, and I'm really grateful for that.
Sadly, DS9 is the least known series here in Czech Republic, because it used to air (long, long ago), than got canceled, and re-aired a few months back on cable TV. I do not have cable, so I know it only in English :-). I do have the communicator from DS9, and also the earring Kira Nerys wore (yes, I do wear it to school). I got it all on a Czech fan store, fanbase.cz. I would love to own a phaser, but I think that I'm good for now :-).
@Kira - Hi there and recognise - I'm a Trekkie that got into Star Trek based on the feature film "First Contact" - got into "Voyager", "Deep Space Nine" and my favourite series "Enterprise" - I also have a toy phaser from the first series - YEAH!!! :)
Hi all,
I'm new to the community, and right away I was wandering, is there anyone who is a Trekkie? Than I found this group, and I was happy to find that it has more than just a few members :-). So, what happens here? Is there anything special the groups do? Thanks for the response!
Live long and prosper,
Kira
