i am from belgium and i'm learning german but there's really a big problem with that language they only got agressive words so a butterfly become a smetterling in german and the way you pronouce is even more brutal but i dont hate germany they only got agressive words

I wouldn't call it aggressive... it's not so much the words, but the way they talk that makes it sound really harsh. I'm totally agreeing with that though!

i come from germany and i don't think that we sound harsh. You can pronouce the words also in a kind way ;)

Well, I'm Afrikaans speaking and I also know Dutch, some German and French  words  and phrases. Then a few words in Xhosa and one or two words in Chinese and Russian. did i miss anithing...

.. oh, and English.

I don't really know. but i speak the basics of like spanish and a bit of latin...

I'm from Western Canada so we have to learn French growing up

well my native language would be swiss german, I started  to learn french in elementary school so I'm fluent in that one and obviously I'm doing ok with english. Aside from that I know latin, some italian, some spanish, quite a bit of japanese, some romanian (as in the fourth official language of switzerland) and very few words in finnish. Oh and german of course! I love learning new languages :)

I speak thee languages other than my own and two of them fluently, so...

A lot.

I can speak spanish fairly well. I am currently learning Korean. And I know some German and Romanian. That's about it, I guess. My main goal in lid  is to learn as many languages as I possibly can!

My root language is german. The first foreign language i've learned at school was french (barely can talk) 2nd was english (fluent but not that good). 3rd latin (only remember a few words). I also know some russian and italian words. When someone talks spanish, italian or dutch, i unterstand him/her but cannot answer :P
...and i can write my name in japanese an chinese letters

I am from Denmark so i speak Danish. I speak English pretty well. I am going to learn german and i know some swedish, norwegian and welsh.=)

My first language is Canadian English (I say that because my words and pronunciation are different tgan that of an English speaker from a different country) but I have been taking French classes for seven years now. I am a tad rusty because of summer break but still je peux parle le français.
