Camellia's cross country trip, moving from michigan to Long Beach California

Not sure how to do this. My friend Camellia, her dad and cat are in a moving truck headed to Long Beach from Michigan. The winters were to hard on her dad Bob so they decided to go were it was warmer.
They are in Utah right now. She has a trailer with her car on it attached to the moving truck, they have been sleeping in that. They are tired so say the least.
When they get there they have to unload the truck. She is small and he is 68 so I worry about them. She also has to take her car off the trailer and has no idea how to do it.
Is there anyone in the area who could help them?here is her latest video from the trip

Thanks, she knew her dad was a little forgetful but he is worst that she thought. He wanders off when she used the rest rooms.

there are several videos of their trip. They are almost to Las Vegas now. its working now for me.
