Lost love 

Love can kill-
Love will,
If it gets the chance.
It has tried-
The tears I've cried, 
And my scars are proof.
I've hurt-
And thought the worst,
And love has done all but kill me.
But I'll wait-
For long love takes,
But I don't care anymore. 
I'll wait for years-
He'll miss my tears,
But soon he'll cause my smiles.
I don't know how-
All we have is now,
But i would wait forever.
