Hi guys it's Tuesday the 14th of July 4days to go. So far no one has RSVP'd. This is important as it depends on what I bring. If even one of you does this then I'll at least have enough for 10 people. But with out that confirmation it would be a waste of my time and money. And no one has time or money to be wasted. Friday is when I'll be getting everything required for this great gathering so let me know Thursday even if you have stated you would possibly come in the past 6 months. Things change as they do so often. Thanks!

Ok Phoenix area Mythical Beast it is down to the final hours before we meet. I have so much planned and ready to go. For those that didn't say if you were for sure coming in the last week no worries.
