Hey! Let's get this convo going - I love yarn. I will start.

My favorite yarns are many - but right now I will have to say it is... This one from Glenfiddich Wool that I picked up from Stitches Midwest! I got three different color ways - I made slippers for my mom out of this one last mother's day (japanese house slippers pattern can be found on ravelry.com), and fingerless mittens in another color for my husband. The wool is tough and oily and from younger sheep - the ladies who sold it to me said that the sheep like to play a lot and so there are a lot of little grasses woven into the fibers ;) I love working with it

My favorite yarn right now is cascade eco+ I'm knit two sweaters with it and have a third one planned.
