When you live in upstate New York, you can't just say "I live in New York", because everybody always assumes you mean New York City. People forget about the rest of the state. It gets very annoying. lol

So, I'm saying hello from Schenectady, here in upstate NY :-)

But hopefully you'll stop in and say hi no matter where you are in NY :-)

Thank you Cindy!!! Yes Upstate NY. Howdy neighbor ! I live in good old Columbia County (Chatham). We have hipsters with beards, apples and weird quadrapeds (Highland cattle and Llamas).

Victoria Zyryi- Chatham, NY

I totally get it. When I was in kindergarten I moved to NY. I expected a big city- well more like huge saying I lived in Philadelphia, but here I am living in the small town of Oneonta. It's sad how people only acknowledge one small part of NY. Upstate NY is beautiful!

You're from Oneonta? I live in New Berlin, graduated from SUNY Oneonta, and now work in Cooperstown.

Syracuse! Right dab in the middle of NY state

Hello from Buffalo, my daughter lives in Schenectady, so I'm there a lot when there isn't a pandemic.
