Henderson, Nevada: Beyond the Strippers and Casinos

Henderson is in the Las Vegas Valley, just east of Las Vegas. It is a little quieter, with more parks and homes. Still just as hot though. I love it here. The mountains and mesas surrounding the valley are always beautiful. And nothing quite compares to the smell of red clay after a good summer rain!
