I don't think it's a very good idea to eat hot chilli peppers before bedroom activities...

The psychologist in me was wondering how well blood pressure and heart rate alone can really measure sexual excitement. In university we did an experiment using pupil dilation that was pretty successful. The other way to measure excitement, I won't mention here :p
