Iberico Ham - - I've tried it once . . . although not as expensive as Rhett's appetizer because I bought just a few slices from the deli at Central Market where it sells for @ $200/lb . . . and it was good but to me not enough of a difference to justify the cost at triple the top of the line prosciutto di parma.

If, on the other hand, you decide to go "whole hog" for the real stuff . . .

I think this was my favorite part of today's episode. I really miss this kind of banter. The show as of late has had fewer of these more personal moments.
