Just putting this out there, but guys actually are capable of producing milk. It would require hormone injections, but all the anatomy is there. Men are also susceptible to breast cancer, it's just more rare than in women.

True, in some animals it is normal, bats for instance. It makes sense, if the mother for some reason cannot breastfeed the male can do it. I read once that the physical stimulation sometimes is enough, without hormone therapy.

By the way, despite the comments in the episode, I think I'd have exactly the same reaction of Rhett and Link about the human milk.

I think Rhett's reaction to the human milk might be the closest we've gotten to seeing him freak out about something they consumed (à la Link and the balut).
