I can totally understand Link not being happy during this episode. I don't like olives and bologna, too. I also can't imagine eating a spoonful of onions. Maybe I could tolerate it with the taste tripping pill, but ordinarily, no. Now Tabasco,  I think I could handle that alright, lol.
