In today's GMM we learn two new pieces of information:

  1. the Kave West studio is located in Rhett's back yard . . .  Garage Studio Vlogging  FTW!
  2. the super secret bug-out location (in case of earthquake or zombie apocolypse) is approximately a 1/2 tank away from Rhett's house

I know, I was pretty happy to find out point 1! I'd wondered about it before, because of the "Strange Street Dancing Woman" episode -- they said they saw her outside their studio, and in the video footage you can see Locke walking around the corner to see what the fuss is about.

Corollary: The house in the Dope Zebra video is Rhett's house?

YOU KNOW SOMEBODY WAS BOUND TO ASK SOONER OR LATER!

Got gas for your vehicular vehicle??? :)

I tend to take more of a Link approach to filling up my gas tank -- I only fill it once it goes below 1/4 tank. My reason is a legitimate economical one though. I have a fuel perks card through my grocery store, and the time it takes me to acquire enough points for the minimum discount is about the same time it takes me to get to 1/4 tank. Even accounting for fluctuating gas prices, I would probably pay more if I used Rhett's approach, since I'd only be able to use the discount every other time, and on fewer gallons. :P

  • Logically sound & fiscally responsible.  I do the same, only I wait until it's running on fumes to fill up the 24.5 gallon tank in the family truckster.

Well, sometimes it does wind up to getting close to empty, depending on how close to a round-up in point values I am. :P Thankfully the gas station is only a half mile from my apartment.
