I heard a video guy talk about working on a reality show, where they followed an educated black family with eight kids, I think. I forget where they lived, but the essential idea seemed good for TV, but it didn't work because the parents were too good. They were great role models. They disciplined their kids with love and an even-hand. Whenever something started to get out of control, the parents would take the child aside and handle it. No drama. No show.
