Kirby Roy achieved this record when American Gladiator Justice Smith kicked him in the junk at the rate of 22 mph with 1,100 pounds of force. Okay boys, close your eyes and imagine a car going 22 mph hitting your body. Then imagine all that force is concentrated on your franks and beans. Don’t you want to break that record?

Fun fact - though I unfortunately didn't participate, during my senior year a bunch of people at my college set the world record for most people patting their heads and rubbing their stomachs simultaneously. One of the RAs had the idea and organized it all; there were Guinness representatives and official counting and everything. They broke the previous record of 300 people doing it for 1min, getting 512 people doing it for 2min. That was almost 3yrs ago, so I dunno if they still hold the record, but it was pretty cool.
Dang it, now I'm wishing I'd participated in that...
The Capital One Bank Dallas YMCA Turkey Trot (commonly called The Trot) is an annual footrace over an 8 miles (12.9 km) course through the city of Dallas, Texas. There is also a 5k run/walk in which participants may choose to register as a timed or untimed runner (aka THE FUN RUN). The event has grown over the year and in 2012 attacted over 35,000 participants with all money raised from entry fees and sponsorships going to support Dallas / Fort Worth area YMCA's.
Every year since 1968 there have been a few (or a lot depending on the weather) lunatics who like to run wearing a turkey costume in honor of Thanksgiving Day. In 2011 to celebrate the 44th annual TROT, the Y decided to publicly promote the turkey cosume idea . . . this is what happened:
Runners dressed as turkeys helped set the first world record for the largest gathering of people dressed as turkeys in one place. All 661 of them had to remain "cooped up" for ten minutes, and they did. A representative from the Guinness Book of World Records was on hand to make it official.
