What about the supporting characters?

 I'm sure most of you have caught on to the whole "Characters based on Legends and fairy tales" Thing and have probably already Found the characters that Team RWBY and JNPR are based off of, but Are there any theories about the Other characters in the Show?  

I've already got Penny tagged as Pinocchio and Velvet as The Velveteen Rabbit.
