Because I can't make out everything they're saying, I can't try and match up that dialogue with anything I might remember from an episode.

However, if you want to investigate more, here's what my preliminary checks turned up:

• The background is from the studio before their current one, so it has to be an episode before the one on January 12, 2015.
• Scanning through the Good Mythical More thumbnails on the rhettandlink3 video page, I don't see one where Rhett and Link are both wearing those shirts. This suggests it's likely the episode you're looking for is before the one on January 8, 2014.
• However, you can eliminate all the episodes where they weren't using that set for the background, so the earliest episode it could be would be an episode after the one on September 3, 2013.

So, in summary, it's likely an episode of either GMM or GMMore between September 3, 2013 and December 20, 2013. That range is quite a bit smaller than the range of 662 possible GMM episodes. If you have the stamina to page through those few months of episodes and glance to see if their outfits match the video you linked above, you have a good chance of finding it. Good luck!

Thanks to Kevin's excellent narrowing of the timeline, I found it!

I pretty much just took Kevin's advice and started quick-clicking through the GMM playlist for the first plausible season (Season 4) just looking at R&L's shirts so I could match them up -- Rhett in a blue polo and Link in some kind of graphic tee (it looked light blue with a dark splotch in the FB video, but it turns out it was green with an ape in the middle. Close enough.). Luckily it was actually in Season 4 and not a later one!

Nice job! You're more ambitious than me, endeavoring to click though all those episodes. Glad it was closer to the beginning and not the end.
