TOKYO! GMM #455 ~ May 29, 2014 is the earliest reference that I can locate, but it must have happened before because this is actually where Alexis (Indigo Sparrow) sent the knitted sweater vest to Link and triggered Rhett in the awesome WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTT! in her P.S. at the end of the letter.
