First, to clarify:
Religion = the system of rituals and practices that one participates in because of one's beliefs.
Beliefs = one's personal worldview, morality, and spirituality.
So, to answer your question, Jesus' religion was Jewish. The Bible has many clear-cut examples of Jesus participating in and honoring the Old Testament establish Jewish system of rituals and practices. (Reading in the temples, observing passover, etc.)
However Jesus was also establishing a new religion: Christianity (He didn't call it that but since he was the Christ anyone who follows Christ is engaging in a form of Christianity.) He did this through establishing new rituals and practices such as baptism, communion, the washing of feet, etc.
Now! If by "religion" you actually mean "beliefs" I think that's pretty clear in the Bible as well. Jesus repeatedly announced that He Himself was God. And everything that He believed He passed down to His followers. So Christians all try to believe the same thing Jesus believed. (To put it very simply.) But, depending on what denomination you go to, you're going to get some mixed-messages about what specifically that is.
But here's the important gist of what Jesus believed/lived: 1. Jesus is God. 2. Sin separates humanity from God. 3. Jesus died to take our punishment and give us an opportunity to be with God. 4. Accepting Jesus as your Savior and dedicating your life to Him is how you get to heaven.
Ta-da! I hope that helped/answered your question.

I also think that He had a great sense of humor and would enjoy this poster I made. It could be that enlightenment is about lightening up.
