Monk and Psych what a perfect list although I don't think the Psych theme is quite as good as either monk theme.

The theme from UnderDog and The New Adventures of Mighty Mouse (a little harder to find, that one... I am talking about the one that was animated by the "Ren and Stimpy" team that was pulled after one season when some parents got all up in arms and had it pulled after they mistakenly thought Mighty Mouse was using drugs when he sniffed a flower!) Both excellent acapella songs!
