What audio program do you guys use?

we use Apple Logic.

Thanks Rhett. I use the free audio program audacity. If you know of it, are there any effects you use in your videos you might be able to tell me how to use in audacity? or any general effects?

Audacity is a good program. I bought the adobe master edition so I use soundbooth, but very rarely.
