Home of Rhett & Link fans - the Mythical Beasts!

The first question i would like to get out there is:
Xbox VS Playstation (Or any other gaming counsel). Which do you prefer and why?
Try to keep this friendly, I know that this is a very touchy subject to the more hardcore gamers. Im actually not educated on the PS4 at all so this is a learning experience for me and hopefully other beasts out there as well. Im currently conflicted on which I should buy.
The second question is:
What games keep you up at night? What are your absolute favorites?

I prefer Playsation 3 (as opposed to the xbox360) for a variety of reasons.

Firstly because it utilizes an HDMI format, which is a more streamlined and effective format for HD gaming than the Video Component cable the xbox features. This is because it combines HD video and audio with one cable. The xbox video component cable has issues sometimes with synching audio and video, since it only supports HD video.

I also prefer the Playstation's online service (Playstation Network) to Xbox live because it is free to use for online gaming, while Xbox live requires a subscription.

However, one or both of these issues may be resolved for the xbox one when it comes out, so they may be irrelevant in the next few months. However, I will stay loyal and get a PS4 ASAP.

As for games: My favorite games of all time are Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (1998) for the N64 (but the 3DS version is great too!) and Mass Effect 2 (2010) for the PS3. Currently Madden 25 is keeping me up at night, but once Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag is released at the end of the month, then I'm sure that is the game that will keep me up at night.

You know, I used to play video games at home all the time, but then I realized that I was much more comfortable playing mobile games on my smartphone. And I can share with you a cool fnf mobile version so you can play music battles. I think that many of you know the game Friday Night Funkin. Now, thanks to the mobile version of the FSF game, I can have fun playing anywhere.
