Usage of Cat Video

Hey Rhett and Link! I've been trying to get a hold of you guys, but I don't think I've gotten through to you guys yet.

I have been a long time fan of your show, and I think you guys are fantastic. I am a University student in Australia, and I currently working for the Australian RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) on commission. When I say working, I am developing an amateur game (an iPad application) for this charity in order to help them provide awareness about cat ownership. Please note that this whole process is not-for-profit.

The game is designed FOR cats, and my objective is to stimulate them enough visually to play with the elements on screen, like a toy. I have my own original design plans for this, and if you so desire, I can send you a copy of my design document. Part of my vision is to have a small segment in front of each mini-game that grabs the cat's attention. This reminded me of something similar that you did:

I was wondering if you could perhaps find it appropriate to give me permission to use this small clip in the game. Let me remind you that the game will be free, is completely not-for-profit and is being developed for free for a worthy charity. I believe America has the ASPCA as equivalent. 

I can absolutely guarantee clear and comprehensive credit to the both of you, along with accompanying links to YouTube/Websites or whatever you would like. I would really appreciate it if I could obtain your permission. This will be released publicly to Australia, and likely beyond, to a large mass of people and could well serve as free advertising.
