Unicorns or Paul Bunyan?

I'm confused. You guys often say you colored unicorns for your punishment in 1st grade, but occasionally you say it was Paul Bunyan. Which was it? Or was it both? Or something completely different? Or is the whole thing a lie (NOOOOOooooo...!)?

I've never heard the PB reference in any newspaper, magazine or internet article, interview, video, blog or on their bios . . . it's always been the UNICORN . . . perhaps you heard it in a dream?

Then you haven't watched the "Rhett & Link: An Introduction" video that you yourself posted the link to in your discussion "Rhett & Link 101." There's also sort of a reference to it in the GMCL episode about nose bleeds where Rhett says that sometimes in school he would just be coloring a picture of "a boat, something, what do you draw? a mythical beast - I'd be drawing a unicorn! Well, Paul Bunyan..."

They had to color Paul Bunyan riding a unicorn. Now that is a punishment.

Well... being Minnesoatan, I almost feel obligated to side with Paul Bunyan...

but he's Minnesotan and everyone knows that Unicorns are from the south. Thus, logically it had to be Unicorns.
