T-shirt War shirts: Doesn't ship to the UK? :C

Sorry to post another question xD
But I went to create an account on the rushtshirts site and it wouldn't accept my phone number format, and when filling out the billing information there was no option for the United Kingdom.
Does this mean I can't buy one if I'm in the UK? :(
