I recently discovered your video on GMM on how to cure TMJ disorder. I had braces on for about 2 years, when I first started to where bands, the TMJ kick in the very next day. I didn't know what it was, so I didn't know what to search on the internet. I went to the dentist, and orthodontist when I was going to see them the next time, which was about 3 months away at the time, and I told them that it felt like my jaw (near the end of the ear) was popping out of place. he said to stretch the jaw by yawning and such, It didn't help, but when I discovered the video on GMM and found out what it was, I immediately started doing it. It worked for a short time, my jaw no longer had that cracking sound when I opened it. Thank you, Link, I owe you a big thanks for helping me cure this!!
