Tip Jars

       Hi Guys, I would love to watch you guys debate the growing number of tip jars.  I.e. when it is okay to have tip jars.  There are a few places where I see tip jars where I dont feel they are warranted.  For example, the in the chinese restaurant where I walk inside get my take out, a locally owned sandwich shop and at my nearest Chipotle.  

Side note: If I feel a tip is deserved and I do tip.  I feel like they never see me do it.  

   What are your thoughts on the matter?
