Home of Rhett & Link fans - the Mythical Beasts!

There has been some tension between Rhett and Link lately. Link keeps talking over Rhett and you can clearly see him get frustrated. When I see this it make me upset. I don't want anything to happen between the two. I think Rhett and Link need to sit down and have a talk. I can't really concentrate on the funny stuff cause I'm worried.

Have you guys noticed?
How do you feel about it?

as I said in a YouTube post, I know Link gets a little bit annoying when he talks over Rhett (but I mean come on, that is something that has always happened and I was a little used to it) but Rhett seem to get the "angry/frustrated face" like... very quickly... and that's what worries me the most... Link seem like he's just having fun, but Rhett sometimes doesn't.
I noticed this because I started to watch all the GMM episodes backwards, I mean from the last one to the first one... and I invite you to compare the episode from yesterday with the "Will it cereal?" episode and realize how happy they look in that one...
Anyways, people were talking about taking sides and all that crap and I'm just like "maybe they have personal issues that we have not right to mess with" and that's all I'm gonna say.
(please forgive me if there is something misspelled... English is not my first language)

Rhett & Link have known each other a long time. They've also been making videos a long time. Over the years, people have brought up this sort of thing constantly -- Link mad at Rhett or the other way around, "distance" growing between them, irritability, etc.

Whenever they address these comments, they always say the same thing: they're real-life best friends, not just acting that way because they're work partners. Two people only together for work might put on a good face at all times, acting not annoyed when they're annoyed or not frustrated when they're frustrated. Two people who are best friends act normally around each other. They're not putting on any airs in their interactions with each other, so that means the good and the occasional not-quite-as-good come through.

Bottom line: no need to worry anything will happen between them! They don't give the official "we're not mad at each other" response often because I can imagine it would get very old to keep reiterating that. But Rhett & Link are in it for the long haul: as natural friends, not personalities for the sake of personality.

(And welcome to the Kommunity, by the way!)
