Residence: Rumored to live in various cornfields in the Midwestern U.S

He uses his Psychic abilities to travel through time in order to watch over the field he lives in. He takes the fast path through every year, completing a years worth of work in around 3 weeks. He throws water balloons at intruders in his field. He does not have many friends because he cannot take them with him as he travels in time. He is secretly very lonely.
