Home of Rhett & Link fans - the Mythical Beasts!

Everyone has a preference, and I'm oddly curious...  Which do each of you prefer, cake or pie?

If you had to choose only one to eat for the rest of your life (not continuously), which would you choose?

I love playing the "Or" game.

{And I'm on Team Pie.  Because I love fruity filling and pie crust.}

That is tantalizing mythical pie...

HAHAHAHA! I think I love you. :)
oh soooo easy for me. Pie. peanut butter. or chocolate. or pumpkin.
cake just doesn't do much for me. i frequently pass it up at at bday party (is that rude?)
I just physically clapped at your answer! Peanut butter pie is the BEST!

Passing up cake isn't rude. :) Well, as long as you don't throw it back at the baker.

I agree with you, link. cake not my fave. I like ice cream cake better if id have to have it. But as for this question, im gonna have to go with pie. lemon meringue or shoo fly. I don't think it's rude to pass up cake.

Question: Does cheesecake fall into the cake catagory? Because that's definitely my favorite dessert type food. But when considering cake with a general bread and frosting point of view.......I would have to say pie. It doesn't leave strange tastes in your mouth after consuming it. Also it's delicious.
I think cheesecake is in the "pie" category. And the only reason it's not called "cheesepie" is because that doesn't sound so good. But look at how it's made. Crust, filling, no frosting. Totally pie.

I'm hungry.
Well then, pie takes the cake. (I am sooooooo clever.)
