Some Kommunity khanges!

When you log in today you might notice a few changes around the Kommunity. The biggest is probably that instead of living at https://rhettandlink.ning.com/ we now have our own url of http://RhettandLinKommunity.com It might not work everywhere around the world yet, but that should be all better by tomorrow morning.

Also the Kommunity icon is now our official patch.

Unfortunately due to a Ning change, you can no longer upload photos and videos directly to the Kommunity but you CAN still link to videos and pic from places like YouTube and Flickr.

AND there is now a RhettandLinKommunity Facebook App! We will be modifying and improving that over the next couple months, but you can configure your connection to Facebook in your profile page, or just click here.

Another change that has been made is that you can now browse through the Kommunity without being logged in. In order to be a Kommunity member and participate, you MUST log in. So that means that we will be getting a lot more visitors coming through. I wouldn't be surpised if we saw a few new faces around here. That said the B.E.A.S.T.S are already over 10,000 strong!

There are a few more changes that will be worked in over the next little bit (such as the Gifts you see mentioned in the activity stream), but if you have any problems, please let me know!

I'm glad you're back in Pegasaur! That's why I made the post. I didn't want people to get worried! I figured the B.E.A.S.T.S. in the know, could help the B.E.A.S.T.S. crying "NOOOooooo!"

Firefox hated me last night, because I kept sending it on endless loops, trying to open this page.

Though it was frustrating, it was also kind of funny. "Ning, no dot com, no ning, no dot com, no ning...!" I kept waiting for it to start throwing insults.

Somehow, using the "k" as a substitute for a "c" in the word "changes" doesn't quite work! LOL And I suppose that's what makes it perfect.
