I don't cook these myself, they are prepared and packaged for sale at The Kommunity Store by a group of elves living and working in a hollow tree hidden deep in the forest. They used to bake cookies for Keebler, but got into a contract dispute over paid time off to allow them to attend MythiCon.  Feel free to make up your own recipes based on these items if that will help you.

There is also a Kommunity Cook Book! group which might give you some ideas.

I'm not sure what a Nan is... Is it anything like Naan? ;-)

(Garlic Naan is the best.)

Here is everything you need to know about nans, and their preservation! http://rhettandlinkommunity.com/group/thenanpreservationsociety

May I suggest, A Hobbit's Forest Patrol inspired "energy balls" ?

There's also Good Mythical Morning in a can, as Mark Firth created. Click here, for that, but I'm guessing the recipe is a secret formula, like Coca Cola, or perhaps a Krabby Patty (Which is always mythical).

As well as Mark Firth'sGMM Cereal.

Don't forget the Mythical Chips he made.

And of course there's always bacon for rubbing.
