I can't upload my profile pic even though it's the right size and format! is there a trick to it?>

I've been having the same problem! I wonder if it would work if I used a different computer.

Many people report having problems with uploading profile photos, though the reason is unclear.

My suggestion is to try uploading it using a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, etc.). That seems to work for some people.
